The external corners profiles Proangle Q used for the bathrooms of Sant’Anna Hospital

Proangle Q is a line of universal profiles, in aluminium, steel or brass, specifically designed to seal and protect the external corners of ceramic coverings, whose square shape clearly defines the laying of coverings thus avoiding the unsightly and fragile tiles edge of 45 degrees. The current hygienic maintenance requisites established by European Standards require the elimination of the 90 degrees corner in order to avoid the deposit of dirt and, therefore, the formation of bacteria by creating a curvature that facilitates the cleaning.

Care and maintenance of stainless steel profiles

The stainless steel is an easy-to-clean and extremely hygienic material: therefore, its smooth and non-porous surface impedes the survival of bacteria and other microorganisms. For the cleaning, you just need to wash it with soap and water, then rinse it with abundant water and dry it with a soft rag.

It is highly recommended to avoid the contact of stainless steel with cleansers containing hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, bleach or chlorides and with powdered abrasive cleansers. Furthermore, you should avoid long contacts with damp rags or sponges in order to prevent the formation of unsightly water stains.
